Remote Principal Data Analyst

Description:

• Senior analytics leader responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Designs enterprise-grade BI assets, mentors analysts, and partners with various teams to improve decision quality and operational performance.
• Emphasizes advanced analytics using Databricks, SQL, R, Power BI, Python, and Azure data stack.
• Salary range: $100,003-120,000 plus 10% bonus. Remote hires must travel to headquarters in Ankeny, IA for orientation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in analytics roles, including 3+ years leading projects.
• Proven impact in delivering analytics in complex environments with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in healthcare data environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and Databricks.
• Ability to mentor junior analytics professionals and deliver projects with undefined scope.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Stack and advanced BI features.
