Description:

  • Join payabl. as a Mid-Level Backend Developer in Vilnius, Lithuania, supporting the File Processing team.
  • Contribute to the migration of legacy batch jobs to a modern Python ecosystem in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of backend development experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
  • Exposure to AWS services such as S3 and Lambda.
  • Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL.
  • Ability to write clean, human-readable code and explain implementation choices.
  • Curiosity about business logic, especially in payment flows and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
