Description:

Lead the execution and delivery of Salesforce features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
Responsible for development process improvement and removing impediments, while contributing to coding and feature verifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in software development, including experience as a technical or team lead.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Flows, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
Experience with microservice architecture, short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration.
Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
Desire to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive pay structure with a reasonable base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
