Description:

  • Fundrise is a financial technology company focused on democratizing private investments through software.
  • Seeking a Lead Software Engineer to manage a team within the API Engineering group, responsible for core services of the investor application.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
  • 4+ years of experience with AWS services and production applications.
  • Deep understanding of transactional database design and operations.
