Description:

Seeking a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead for NetBox Delivery, part of the Applications group.
Responsible for the software lifecycle from NetBox Core release to operational instances on Cloud and Enterprise.
Set technical direction, write code, and shape team dynamics as one of the first engineers.

Requirements:

7+ years of software development experience with technical ownership of production systems.
Strong Python skills; experience with SaaS applications, Django, and Postgres preferred.
Experience with Kubernetes, including operators and controllers.
Knowledge of observability tools like OpenTelemetry and Sentry.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Prometheus.
Experience leading engineering work and mentoring without formal authority.
Familiarity with AI-augmented development tools.
Proven ability to make technical decisions and drive cross-team initiatives.
