Description:

  • Join FormativGroup as a Full Stack Tech Lead Engineer in a remote role focused on developing digital products for tax professionals.
  • Lead technical direction, contribute code, and manage a team while modernizing legacy systems and implementing new technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of at least one engineering team.
  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, and experience with .NET/C# and Angular.
  • Experience with cloud-native applications (Azure preferred) and Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Strong automated testing and CI/CD experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; exposure to financial services is a plus.
