Description:
- Lead a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in coding and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Design, Data, and Security teams to translate needs into scalable software solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, particularly in backend services and modern frontend applications.
- Experience in managing engineers or leading projects, with strong skills in Go or Kotlin, Node, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Ability to use AI-assisted engineering tools effectively.
