Description:
- Lead AI initiatives at Elite, guiding teams in ideation and implementation of AI and automation opportunities.
- Drive exploration and prototyping of emerging AI technologies to influence enterprise and product AI strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, or related roles with hands-on experience in modern AI technologies.
- Experience with Generative AI and ability to guide cross-functional teams through technical discovery.
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and balance innovation with responsible AI considerations.
