Lead engineering efforts for 99Pledges, a peer-to-peer fundraising platform for K-12 schools and youth sports organizations.
Own all aspects of technology including architecture, deployment, incident management, and vendor interactions.

Requirements:

Senior generalist with experience across web, data, infrastructure, and AI.
Proven production experience with payment integrations, payouts, and fraud handling.
Sole ownership of a significant system, including design, build, deploy, and on-call responsibilities.
Proficient in PostgreSQL, including modeling, querying, and running migrations.
Experience shipping LLM features to production.
Track record of improving engineering processes and managing technical debt.
Strong writing skills for documentation and communication.
