Description:

Lead the technical direction of Lime's Core Applications ecosystem, shaping architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance.
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Core Applications, guiding solution decisions and helping the team navigate complex issues.
Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
Design and deliver automations and integrations that streamline workflows and improve business processes.
Establish and evolve technical standards and governance practices for the Core Applications environment.
Mentor engineers and administrators, staying hands-on in design and execution as needed.
Introduce enterprise AI capabilities responsibly to improve productivity and create business value.
Participate in a shared on-call rotation for production systems support.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and business systems.
Extensive experience in designing integrations and technical solutions that solve business problems.
Strong scripting and automation skills, with a focus on secure and supportable solutions.
Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture and SaaS governance.
Proven ability to lead large cross-functional efforts and manage stakeholder alignment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Practical experience with enterprise AI and automation.
