Requirements:

Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed backend systems and designing high-throughput services.
Deep understanding of system architecture, API design, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in modern backend stacks (C#, Java, Golang, C++) and cloud-native platforms (AWS).
Strong leadership capabilities and passion for mentoring engineers and fostering an inclusive culture.
Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions and drive agile execution.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions.
Champion advanced usage of AI tools and practices to enhance development workflows.

Base salary range: $206,000 - $260,000 USD, with variable pay options including annual bonuses and equity programs.
