Description:

Lead a hands-on engineering team to build NICE's internal AI platform for intelligent automation.
Guide design, delivery, and production readiness of AI architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and observability.

Requirements:

7+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on experience in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience, mentoring engineers and driving delivery outcomes.
Experience with LLM-powered applications, REST API design, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with Azure services and at least one orchestration framework.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead through ambiguity.
