Description:
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of the 2026 Annual Performance Review process in Workday.
- Ensure technical success of the performance review cycle, including build, testing, and system readiness.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, particularly in performance management or compensation processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business requirements into system design.
- Attention to detail and experience in testing, issue resolution, and launch support for HR processes.
