Description:

Lead all technical aspects of dealer onboarding across Deployment and Platform Operations.
Ensure technical readiness for new stores and support large group launches.
Partner with IT, Cloud, and Development teams to scope platform requirements.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, technical onboarding, or platform implementation.
Extensive expertise in network administration, enterprise security controls, VPN configurations, and IPSec Tunnel setup.
Proven technical aptitude with automotive DMS systems and complex API/integration workflows.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
