Description:

Lead the engineering efforts for a multi-tenant automotive SaaS platform undergoing significant evolution.
Oversee multiple product or platform areas with a team of 3-5 engineers, focusing on both legacy systems and new microservices.
Responsible for service design, full-stack application delivery, and AI agent co-delivery.
Ensure team velocity, productivity, and quality through effective engineering practices.

Requirements:

7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years as a tech lead or staff engineer.
Proficiency in at least 3 of the following: Python, Java/Spring Boot, PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/React.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience breaking monoliths into microservices and leading production extractions.
Full-stack delivery experience, integrating third-party APIs at scale.
Strong written communication skills and ability to create clear design documentation.
