Description:
Act as a subject-matter expert for web development for the Decennial Budget Integration Tool (DBiT) Support Services contract with the U.S. Census Bureau.
Plan scalable, high-performance web system structures and select appropriate frameworks, cloud services, and APIs.
Enforce coding guidelines, conduct code reviews, and set up testing frameworks for clean, maintainable code.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred.
Twelve (12) or more years of software-development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in managing web projects, resolving technical blockers, and designing web systems.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices in a Government CI/CD environment.
Must meet eligibility requirements for a Public Trust position and obtain necessary security access.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $170,000 - $180,000.
