Description:

  • 1Password is seeking a Security Engineer – GRC Automation to design and implement automation for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) operations.
  • The role involves building automation for audit readiness, policy enforcement, and customer trust workflows, focusing on the operationalization of the GRC platform (Drata).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, solutions engineering, GRC automation, or compliance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Drata, Vanta) and scripting skills using Python, JavaScript, or APIs.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows and comfortable in auditor-facing settings.
