Description:

  • Glia is a leading AI customer service solution for banks and credit unions, focusing on enhancing customer service through AI and human agents.
  • The Security Engineering Team ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability, playing a crucial role in vulnerability management and security awareness across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of security aspects in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in coding, preferably Python, and familiarity with major language ecosystems (Elixir, Ruby, Golang).
  • Knowledge of security concepts (encryption, authentication) and network protocols.
  • Experience handling cybersecurity incidents and maintaining compliance with regulations (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CCPA).
