Remote Security Engineer

Description:

• Tenable is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to support demos and evaluations of enterprise opportunities.
• The role involves developing business value propositions, driving sales with technical expertise, and participating in a sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a security-related technical pre-sales role.
• Ability to craft custom demos and lead discussions at various technical levels.
• Strong self-starter attitude, teamwork skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the territory.
• Ideally, experience with Nessus, network security technologies, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• BS in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of direct SE experience and relevant security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CEH).
