Description:

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to develop AI-driven solutions for logistics workflows.
The role involves building production AI agents and MCP integrations to enhance dispatch, billing, compliance, and fleet operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary team environments.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and AI/ML concepts.
Experience building production-grade AI applications in Python.
Hands-on proficiency with LLM integration and knowledge retrieval patterns (RAG, KAG, CAG).
Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical data platform (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
Background in MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, knowledge graphs, or streaming data systems is a plus.
