Description:

Seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of the Agentic AI Platform.
Transform traditional Enterprise EHS/ESG SaaS system (Flex) into an AI-native system of intelligence and action.

Requirements:

5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in cloud-native SaaS AI features.
Strong academic background in Computer Science or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and various AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain).
Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, ECS Fargate) and secure architecture.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Amazon OpenSearch) and data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy).
Strong collaboration skills and experience in agile environments.

Annual base salary range of CA$144k-165k with a 10% annual bonus opportunity.
