Description:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems to enhance operations and merchant success.
Focus on intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations across products and internal tools.

Requirements:

3+ years of software engineering experience, with 1–2 years in production AI/ML systems.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
Experience with RAG pipelines and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search patterns.
Ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.
Proven skills in evaluating AI output quality and building testing frameworks.
Logistics or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
