Description:

• Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software (Database) Engineer to build the underlying storage system for their data platform, focusing on OLAP and OTLP capabilities.
• The role involves designing, implementing, and operating database components, creating a scalable SaaS foundation, and building APIs for AI agents and internal applications.

Requirements:

• Strong engineering skills with experience in building production-grade software systems.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks, and experience with distributed systems, query engines, and cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Golang, C++, or Rust.
• Proven track record of delivering software into production and effective communication skills.
