Join Sigma Software as a Senior Backend Engineer to build scalable AI-driven systems for large-scale engineering organizations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, Data Engineering, or AI systems development.
Proficient in Go, Rust, or Scala with hands-on experience in building distributed and scalable systems.
Experience with LLM-based applications, AI integrations, and multi-agent systems.
Strong understanding of RAG architectures, semantic retrieval workflows, and ETL pipelines.
Familiarity with graph technologies, Apache Spark, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Good English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
