Remote Senior Backend & Infrastructure Engineer (AI/FinTech)

Description:

• Senior Backend & Infrastructure Engineer role focused on architecture and security for an AI-powered FinTech client.
• Responsible for ensuring the security and uptime of systems handling sensitive financial data, integrating LLM pipelines with ERP data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in architecting production-grade, enterprise-level backend systems.
• Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure management, including VPCs, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, and security frameworks.
• Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and scaling strategies.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, data encryption, and network isolation in a FinTech context.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol servers and securing LLM-to-system boundaries.
• Experience with AI and data integration, particularly in LLM orchestration and ERP data sync.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive risk management.
