Join Real as a Senior Backend Engineer, reporting to the VP of Engineering, and be a key member of the R&D team.
Operate in an AI-first environment, translating product ideas into production-ready systems and driving technical excellence in Java Spring Microservices.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, JPA/Hibernate 6, and SQL relational databases.
Familiarity with designing event-driven microservices and applying patterns like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS.
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, and experience with AI coding assistants.
BA/BS degree and 8+ years of related experience, with project coordination skills preferred.
