Description:

Join 1Password as a Senior Data Platform Engineer to build a next-generation data platform focused on speed, ownership, and trust.
Work on infrastructure and tooling for data flow into a governed medallion architecture, enabling near real-time access for various users across the organization.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in architecting, building, deploying, and supporting scalable production systems.
Deep experience with streaming architectures, event-driven data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
Strong focus on schema governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala/Java, and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
