Description:

Immediate full-time position for a Senior Data Scientist focused on designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
Responsibilities include predictive modeling, risk stratification, behavioral analytics, and treatment pathway prediction.
Build advanced NLP, LLM, and RAG-based applications, including prompt engineering and clinical AI guardrails.
Develop speech AI and conversational AI capabilities to improve care outcomes.
Measure model performance through A/B testing, cohort analysis, and HIPAA-compliant governance.
Collaborate with Data Engineering on feature stores, MLOps, and scalable inference solutions.
Mentor junior data scientists and drive the AI roadmap in healthcare solutions.

Requirements:

7+ years of hands-on data science experience in predictive analytics, NLP, and Generative AI, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
Proven expertise in the entire machine learning lifecycle, including feature engineering and model optimization.
Advanced Python skills with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
Strong experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, transformer models, and fine-tuning techniques.
Hands-on expertise with NLP, speech AI, Databricks, AWS, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and communicating complex AI/ML insights to stakeholders.
