Remote Senior DevOps Engineer

Description:

• Manage customer environments ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
• Fulfill service requests and perform operational tasks including configuration changes and access requests.
• Onboard new customers by setting up and configuring their environments.
• Upgrade and audit existing environments to maintain software versions and security standards.
• Monitor environments for issues and collaborate with support for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development teams for deploying new releases.
• Document procedures and maintain a knowledge base.
• Report to the PingOne Advanced Services Software Development Manager.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in scalable, distributed systems architecture.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS or GCP).
• 1+ year of experience with Terraform.
• 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
• 1+ year of experience with orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
• Experience with automated service deployments and configuration management.
• Basic understanding of deployment automation best practices.
• Experience using Git in a team environment.
