Description:

  • Lead and unify LINQ’s Business Systems and Data Engineering functions.
  • Manage CRM ecosystem and revenue operations tooling alongside data and BI stack.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data/business systems, with 4+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern data engineering tools (Snowflake, dbt).
  • Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $200,000 - $235,000 + 15% annual bonus.
