Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare network development or strategic growth roles.
• Proven success in leading multi-regional or national initiatives.
• Deep understanding of value-based care models and healthcare economics.
• Exceptional presentation and influencing skills; 25-50% travel expected.
• Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) and experience with nephrology or specialty care networks.
