Description:

Lead the Dedicated Tenant Site Reliability Engineering organization within Ping Identity's Cloud Services.
Drive complex initiatives across engineering and adjacent organizations to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
Build and grow the organization, focusing on staffing, talent development, and culture.
Set direction for service delivery and operational improvements, utilizing organizational metrics for performance analysis.
Oversee operational capabilities for large-scale production services, including automation and incident management.
Collaborate with various teams to manage dependencies and improve service delivery effectiveness.

Requirements:

Significant experience in leading software-focused Site Reliability Engineering or cloud operations in a global environment.
Proven success in executing complex initiatives with external stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional programs.
Deep expertise in software delivery, operational strategy, and managing high-volume production services.
Experience with infrastructure tooling, cloud-native technologies, and security design principles.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and culture building.
