Description:

  • Join Accompany Health as a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to support high-quality care for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to build data assets and provide insights into medical expenses and risk adjustment performance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or healthcare economics.
  • Proficiency in analytic tools (SAS, SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
  • Understanding of managed care concepts (Risk Adjustment, Provider Capitation, DRGs, APGs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based care.

Benefits:
