• Proven experience mentoring and improving quality practices across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in TDD, BDD, CI/CD pipelines, and the Testing Pyramid.
• Familiarity with observability tools and distributed infrastructure testing, focusing on security and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills to advocate for quality engineering principles with diverse stakeholders.
