Description:

  • Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Card Acquisition team to enhance customer experience and trust.
  • Responsibilities include defining technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across product, design, and engineering.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in backend systems development using Python or Kotlin.
  • Proven track record in developing distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in defining technical plans and writing high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to personal growth and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
