Description:

Join RapidSOS as a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable backend systems for a mission-critical B2B platform.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-performance, resilient systems that deliver real-time data for emergency response.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend experience with deep expertise in Python.
Strong experience with distributed, asynchronous systems and message bus technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and working in an AWS environment.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Willingness to collaborate in-person a few times per quarter.
