Description:

  • Join Atticus as a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) in the Representation Pod, focusing on building core tools for law firms.
  • Own complex backend challenges, ensuring high standards for architecture, design, and implementation while maintaining user empathy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in production software, preferably in a startup or new product team.
  • Proven experience in designing and operating reliable, scalable backend systems and APIs.
  • Strong user empathy and a track record of mentoring engineers.
  • Experience working closely with PMs and designers to deliver user-focused solutions.
