Description:

  • Join NMI's Reliability Engineering team to enhance the reliability, performance, and operational maturity of critical platform services.
  • Design and build reliability frameworks and tooling to improve uptime and operational confidence, with a focus on proactive engineering.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in building and operating production-grade software systems.
  • Strong backend development experience in PHP and ability to learn new languages quickly.
  • Proven experience with reliable, scalable systems and understanding of distributed system fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent) and secure development practices.
