Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company focused on improving the rent payment experience.
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Partner Engineering organization to build payment integrations and user experiences.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in Java.
Experience with backend systems, external integrations, and building robust, fault-tolerant systems.
Proficient in Java frameworks (Spring, Gradle, JUnit) and AWS services (EKS, Aurora RDS).
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: CI/CD systems, observability tools, big data platforms, Infrastructure as Code.
