Description:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building production backend or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in a modern backend stack (e.g., Python or TypeScript).
  • Strong communication skills and experience in mentoring.
  • Comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity.
