Description:

  • Senior technical lead for customer engagements within Astronomer’s Professional Services team.
  • Design and deploy data orchestration platforms on Astro, supporting delivery teams through complex implementations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or platform architecture in production environments.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills; deep experience with Apache Airflow in large-scale deployments.
  • Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise cloud networking/security.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
