Description:

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Solution Architect (SA) to coordinate Solution Planning, client Optimizations, AI initiatives, and MCP implementations.
Focus on driving cross-functional projects to optimize and scale the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) through automation and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
2–5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in technology, consulting, or Professional Services environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
2+ years of expertise with Mortgage Cadence Loan Origination System applications.
Minimum of 3 years of Technical Implementation experience and 2 years in the mortgage industry.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, ADO) and visual diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Blueworks, Lucid Chart).

Ownership of high-visibility sales solution planning initiatives impacting company success and client satisfaction.
