Description:

  • Lead technical initiatives within the Solutions Architecture team at ShipBob, focusing on complex integrations with partners and merchants.
  • Mentor team members, improve internal processes, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions, Sales Engineering).
  • Strong background in integration development, APIs, and ERP/ecommerce systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor others.
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Boomi).
