Description:

  • Serve as the technical architect for BetterUp's solutions, helping enterprise buyers understand platform capabilities and integrations.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, build demo environments, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS, SSO, or API-based integrations in large-scale environments.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and advise on feasibility and architecture.
