Description:

  • Act as a strategic technical advisor and trusted partner to the Enterprise sales team and customers.
  • Deliver deep technical expertise, tailored demos, and customer-specific insights throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to craft solutions that align 1Password’s capabilities with customer challenges and goals.
  • Mentor peers and share knowledge to enhance technical expertise and soft skills across the Solutions Engineering team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical sales roles within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of selling into Fortune-100 customers and in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in a multi-product SaaS environment and familiarity with modern sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to dynamic customer conversations and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and mentor colleagues.
