Description:

  • Join TextNow as a Site Reliability Engineer to own infrastructure, monitoring, logging, CI/CD, and reliability in an AI-first environment.
  • Shape how TextNow builds and operates its systems, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and product excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on reliability and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in AWS, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in incident management, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing long-term fixes.
  • Strong focus on automation, observability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
