Description:

Backend engineers build the platform supporting Anara’s functionality, including scalable infrastructure for AI-powered research tools.
Responsibilities include collaborating on the RAG pipeline, establishing best practices, optimizing system performance, and owning eval pipeline design.

Requirements:

Quick, scrappy builder with experience in fast-paced environments, ideally startups.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent architectures, and have scaled a product to thousands of users.

Benefits:
