Key responsibilities include building robust frontend applications using Vue 3 and working on a real-time web application for audio and SMS communications with users (patients).

Requirements:

Proven experience in building highly-available applications in a regulated environment is required.
Proficiency with Vue 3 and TypeScript is necessary.
Experience interacting with backend APIs written in Node, Mongoose, Express, or similar tech stacks is essential.
Preferred qualifications include general healthcare tech/SaaS experience, familiarity with HL7/FHIR/EHR, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git is advantageous.
Experience with monorepo, especially turborepo, is also preferred.

The work environment is distributed remotely with regional hybrid offices in NYC and Vancouver, Canada, where on-site work is encouraged but not required for local employees.
