Description:

  • Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for brain disorders through innovative EEG platforms and diagnostics.
  • Seeking a Software Engineer IV for the Datastore team to design and scale backend systems for data infrastructure, including PostgreSQL, Kafka, and GraphQL APIs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in data platforms and backend infrastructure.
  • Proficient in SQL and PostgreSQL, with experience in data streaming (Kafka or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, and containerized environments (Kubernetes, IaC tools).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; mentoring experience is a plus.
