Description:

  • Join Planet, a company that designs and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites, to help change the way people see the world.
  • Work on Mission Control, a web-based application for spacecraft operators and analysts to monitor and control satellites, while automating operations through distributed microservices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or similar.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience, including Python programming, API design, and relational database technologies.
  • Experience with automated testing, code review, and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitLab CI, Docker).
  • Proficient Linux skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
